We Buy Any Car Barnstaple Homebase

This is my first ever google review and I had to write something because the experience we had with this branch was unacceptable.We had an appointment at 11.30 today to have our second car looked at. And we were there (with our 9 month old baby) at 11.25. A guy at door was there ( holding his mobile phone close to his ear) and was asking “ are you the ** car?” ( I didn’t even realize he was taking to us as it seemed like he was talking to his mobile phone) and I said yes. He then said he is still busy and has been running behind and the appointment before us( at 11:10) have been still waiting. And then said that this was just likedoctors’ appointment and people are just supposed to wait?! ( my hubby is a doctor and I can assure you that the work he does is very different form this..)First of all, we have a baby so we can’t wait for another hour there. And why can’t they just send me a txt message and tell me that I can just change my appointment?! ( I get it that people do at times run behind but don’t just expect customers can just happily wait for a hour?)He told me he’ll be more free in the afternoon and suggested us to return later ( and why couldn’t they text me that instead of us driving there altogether and be told that was better to return another time..)Technician guy who spoke to us was very rude and arrogant at the same time. Will not return for sure and we thought this might just be a strategy to put customer under stress in order to get people’s car at a bargain price.

A total rip off company,quote a price then offer less than half when they view it.Their first price is for a car less than 3months old!!!They knew it was a 2015 model.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.They prey on desperate people who need cash quickly.

Couldn't have been more helpful. We were realistic enough to not expect to walk away with the initial offer and every deduction was explained and even shown why. Personally Adam went above what we expected. Thanks guys

A professional and personal service.I was a bit apprehensive as I had never used this service before but I needn't have worried. Mike made the whole process easy to understand and it went very smoothly. Easy to recommend to others, thank you!

final offer a little less after doing all the information online; but can't fault the service. Process was quick and relatively easy, with everything explained throughout, and the whole thing was done in about 15-20 minutes. Would use again.

Really happy with the service. I was expecting to have the quote slashed on inspection but was pleasantly surprised. Both staff members I dealt with were friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

This service is completely different to what I thought it was going to be, I thought it was going to be b-ware you go and they do everything to drive the price down. When I got there the gentlemen was already dealing with another customer as soon as a customer left he did not keep me waiting around he saw to me straight away, we went through the paperwork to check my ID then he went and had a look around the van he put in his true findings into the computer and the computer came up with a price that I was not happy with with he said to me don't worry this is a discretion thing yes he did Drive the price down but it was nothing like I thought it was going to be, obviously they start from everything in pristine condition which my vehicle was not. I did walk away with a price that I was very happy with I really would recommend this service very professional and user-friendly

Easy access to a good quote.Mike at the Barnstaple office was proactive in making sure I understood what documents to bring with me. On the day the actual quote was virtually the same less a tiny admin fee of the online quote. Mike at Barnstaple was professional and timely in sorting out the inspection, agreeing the deal and organising the paper work. All done in less than 20 mins.This is the second time I’ve used WE Buy Any Car at different branches and each time has been excellent.

The person I dealt with was very thorough with his job and very easy to talk to, he made the experience very pleasant and I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided.

The staff at WBAC.com very polite. They (Mike) explained the process and reasoning related to each task he was doing as he went around the car. He further explained why I was offered less than the original advisory offer given on the computer offer. The whole process was easily completed without any pressure or hard salesmanship. I'm very happy with the whole situation and money received for the car. It's so easy that this is the second time I have used WBAC.com with the same good experience both times.
