The Washing machine Engineer texted the day before and 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know what time they would arrive. I must say, very professional and competent. Very pleased with the repairs of my washing machine. Works just fine now. It’s nice to find tradespersons that will explain to you their findings and get the job done; price was as quoted and extremely affordable.I would definitely recommend and use again.

Second time we have used Donald., this time to fix the washing machine. As usual he was happy to fit us in and arrived when he said he would. Spotted the problem straight away and was up and running again within an hour. Still the best service around. And a genuinely nice guy.

Donald responded quickly after our condenser dryer stopped working. He turned up and advised on best course of action - to repair, not replace. Sourced a new item, explaining cost and reason for repair. Donald kept us updated on when he could return to repair (once item arrived). Item arrived at 7pm, and next day, Donald repaired the dryer. He provided advice and guidance on how we can prolong life of dryer. Highly impressed and would recommend. I'll definitely call again if needed.
