Absolutely disgusted at the customer service and attitude and not taking any accountability for this. I ordered balloons for mother's Day to be delivered on mother's Day, when I ordered the balloons it stated the delivery date would be the one chosen, not only was the balloons delivered on march 13th, not 14th, but to the wrong address. The only reason I had ordered balloons was for the surprise delivery and knock on the door on mother's Day for my mum, had I not wanted that I would have gone to Morrisons for balloons, that would not have cost me £35 to be crying and distressed on mother's Day. The response I got was we do offer a preferred deliver date on the website but then came back with but they can not control or help if dpd deliver early. So blame the courier, and to top it off I had a special note, that was stuck to a packet of harribos that could not be identified as a note but a small business card. Never again will I order from the occasion station. Disgusted.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and attitude.Ordered a balloon package to be delivered the day before my daughters first birthday. Arrived with the 'number 1' main balloon deflated (which was the centre piece of the package and the main reason I ordered it!) And the other balloons a different colour than advertised.I asked for a replacement to be sent out for the following day or a full refund due to the inconvenience which I thought was fair. I got neither!! Not even an apology! I finally received a refund of a measly £6 ....the package was £30. NEVER ORDER from this company if its a special occasion! Once they take your money, that's all they care about!!

Absolutely awful service.Emailed several times and still not received a reply.My wife ordered the balloons on Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery and its following Saturday and still no balloons nor refund.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.Ps below reply is a total lies as our neighbour never received any balloons....Wow what a liars !!!

Dreadful service!My balloon was deflated when it arrived to me and the writing was peeling off. I emailed them to explain the situation.This was at the beginning of July. I had one reply to say they would give me a refund but I've had absolutely NOTHING since. There are much better balloon companies to order from with MUCH better customer service.Hopefully now someone will reply to my emails and process my refund...

Balloon arrived deflated, ok it can happen but no refund when a genuine issue, no phone contact if you wish to speak to someone, balloon resend offered but when you pay for a delivery date a resend is too late. Credit note offered but of no use if you wish to use another company in future. Poor customer relations, disappointing. I would not use this company again.

Lovely balloons delivered for our anniversaryI wanted them to be delivered to the hotel instead of my home address and I contacted the company and it was no problem at all and got a reply within minutes.They were delivered on the day I requested and was kept upto date with delivery details.Will definitely use the company again.

Poor service, faulty item and not resolved! AVOID!Poor service, faulty item and not resolved! AVOID!Contacted them as a personalised balloon arrived partially deflated. Spent just under £40 with them, contacted them as soon as it arrived to notify them, end of may - no resolve as yet. They arranged a collection for the faulty balloon at the beginning of June and heard nothing since. Such a shame as if issue had of been resolved/ partially refunded It would of solved everything. Seems they have chosen to ignore it - instead of resolving. I will not be reordering from them and would recommend trying another company.

I purchased a birthday balloon and additional balloons for my mum’s 40th birthday. One arrived and was deflated, pretty poor considering the amount paid. I emailed customer services who replied with a really poorly worded, very unprofessional email requesting photos. I provided this, I’m still waiting for the ‘refund’ I was told I’d receive. No acknowledgment of my last email to them. I’d avoid and use a more reputable service in future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company does not take responsibility for delivering deflated balloons. I understand that they are using a courier service, but someone must be accountable??I emailed one day after I received the balloons to say that one balloon (no 3) was deflating literally 2 hours after it was delivered. I had no response for 2 weeks. I then emailed again and they replied saying they had sent an email requesting photos of the delivery boxes, and needed this within 12 hours of receiving!!! What a ridiculous policy. Obviously two weeks on I hadn’t kept the stupidly huge boxes the balloons had come in, nor had I received the email they said they had sent. I emailed back asking for proof of said email and surprise surprise, no response! Photos show difference between no3 and no5. No 5 being fully inflated. I absolutely can’t stand failure to take ownership of problems in business. If it was in fact the couriers fault, then The Occasion Station (or Balloons-Delivered is another name for them) should be raising it with them. I’m £30 out of pocket. Do not use.
