Friendly staff and always willing to help

I was contacted by Lucam to see if I was interested in roles in my area, I told them I was interested and the process of verification of ID etc began.I provided various documents, references and completed their online training etc and was told on several occasions by Lucam staff that I was good to go.However within no time that was contradicted and they just ask for more and more to the point that it becomes a joke especially when they are not even using the correct information I provided them with and instead go and do things without permission, plus one staff member does not seem to know what another staff member has done creating very mixed messages.When addressing this I was replied to via email in RED by a non courteous member of staff at Lucam who did not seem to think they had done anything wrong and was rather abrupt and rude which again makes me lack confidence in them.After this I told them not to proceed as I prefer to be treated with professional courtesy.

Lucam is a good place to start your support/health care career. Lucam will accommodate candidate without prior working experience on social health services and give you adequate mandatory training to empower and build your professional skills. Lucam accepted me when I first relocated from Africa and couldn't secure a job with other agency without experience. Lucam had given me a great support from 2019 till date. The management staff are effective and efficient, so accommodating and warm.

Lovely place to work at! Professional, friendly, competent staff in the office. Very receptive. They work so hard in that office to provide you with work to fit round your schedule, flexibility is great! As a support worker I get sent to lovely places, who appreciate my time & help. Furthermore, no hiccups or problems when getting payed your wages, also very competent and on the ball! I would recommend working for this company to everyone who appreciates professional employers. I will continue to work as a support worker for this company as I know I am a valued part of the team.
