Monart Spa Poundbury

The Monart Spa was impeccably clean, the service was excellent and treatments were relaxing. We were there 5 hours and left feeling pampered. The spa is a considerable amount so if you want to use the facilities and have lunch at the neighbouring pub then it brings the cost down. The products used are fantastic quality - but it's the thermal rooms which made the day amazing for us. I like that it is not overbooked and you have a dedicated lounger to call you're own for the duration of your booking. Catered for dietary requirements very well.

Perfect for a birthday treat.From the moment you walk in, every single part of the experience is to make you feel relaxed and pampered. The team there are so warm and welcoming. They are incredibly attentive and every aspect of the spa has your comfort in mind. We had our own loungers and they had added little sweet treats for my birthday. Comfy robes and slippers. There is even a soft blanket for you to settle with. Also a lovely lounge area with a terrace where you can have delicious, locally produced food. And that’s before you go into the thermal suite. Just wow! The different rooms are a real experience. The treatments we had were fantastic and the staff again were so amazing. We didn’t want to leave! If you want a perfect spa experience then this is worth every penny

Monart Spa Poundbury is an exceptional place to visit. All staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch and then spent the day in the wonderfully relaxing facilities. Every little detail was thought through. A calm, peaceful, and luxurious personalised experienced. Can't wait to go back.

Bought the 5 hour package for my wife at Christmas. We have been lucky to experience some beautiful spas in the UK. But Monart Spa was something special. The attention to detail was exceptional. we were made to feel very special on the day, and the experience felt very exclusive. Can't wait to treat our selfs again to this package.

I enjoyed having a full body massage by Emma. She was very professional and she made me very welcome.The spa has the best steam room I have ever experienced, also a hydro pool,sauna,salt room, and two other rooms. I had a three hour session, which passed by too quickly, although I still had the feeling of being revived by my treatment. Definitely worth a visit.

This is a fabulous spa! I had booked a 3 hour spa day for my partner and I for his birthday, but was called in the morning and told due to staff sickness they would have to move treatment times around. This didn't really work for us as we were there for only 3 hours, but the manager, Cornel, was fantastic and offered me a complimentary treatment at a later date, with my partner enjoying his treatment on the actual day. Cornel was extremely professional and I was very impressed with the service we received.The spa facilities are 5 star and my facial with Emma today was wonderfully relaxing. I can't wait to visit again!

Spectacular spa. I booked 3 hour use of facilities was a bit hesitant as its quite a bit for just 3 hours. But it was absolutely worth every penny. Staff are so attentive and remembered notes I’d left on the booking. Was a little birthday treat so they brought yummy snacks. Made full use of the different rooms and the pool was so relaxing. Dressing room is so luxurious! Didn’t want to leave

I’d actually forgotten how to relax ! So calm in the spar , great staff . I had a treatment and was very happy with Maisie who did my back and shoulders massage. 5*
