24 hr so nice to know there's somewhere to stop if needed

if you are going for petrol and maybe a snack its absolute perfect spot on you don't have to interact with the staff to much the polite hello and good bye.BUT if you use the amazon parcel service, well this is a whole other ball game. Not 1 not 2 but 3 times I attempted to pick up my parcel.1st attempt, was on my way back home at 9th Nov 00.20 , the teller said the machine was broken and ask me to come back in the morning.2nd attempt, Friday 10t Novemebr 2pm where the teller said I have to collect it before 10am3rd attempt, Saturday 11th 9am ( way before the 10am request) the teller asked me to wait to one side after i paid for my petrol where he continued to serve other customers and counting the cash takings ( great bit of Muti tasking). At this point he served 2 other customers and didn't acknowledge me.I have been on this planet long enough to know when I'm not gonna get any help so at this point I left, as I was running late to meet friends.So to sum up....Petrol, great nice and clean relatively fast service 3.5 starsCustomer service, meh 3 stars (at a push)Amazon collection service, I can't say this enough DO NOT USE FOR AMAZON. negative 1 million starsTake carepeace and loveUpdate Tuesday 15th Nov 2023 I went to fill up my petrol and giving one last chance the machine did work an I collected one parcel. Have to say only one memeber of staff so not his fault he was busy doing multiple tasks. But still stand buy original choice don't use for the Amazon parcel service use a drop box or get it sent to your home .

Has a very popular coffee machine, several people round it when l went in.Does not answer phone often. Would be helpful if they could, especially when customers are trying to obtain diesel or petrol in the panic buying periods

Staff are lovely day or night they always smile, and welcome you.

Went here because I need 99+ octane fuel for my historic vehicle. They had it easily available.

Employee is stealing - Just went in the shop to get my lotto ticket checked, and the trainee lied and said it wasn't a winning ticket - I had two numbers so when I walked back to my car I realised he should have given me a free ticket. When I went back and confronted him he pulled the new ticket out of the bin next to him and gave it back. He then refused to give me the manager's telephone number. Unacceptable. If he has stolen from me, I'm sure he has done the same to other people, and probably his employer already. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Fast quick and easy, and clean. Just what you need from a petrol station

I filled my car tank up with diesel and went to the counter he said he didn't have a receipt as the machine was not working not happy as I need to claim the diesel and they need a receipt.If they did put a sign up I wouldn't even fill up.

If I could give no star I would. Disgusting customer service. I received racist comment from the store assistant. Would not come back to this store to fill my fuel. Please train your staff about racism. It is not tolerable to give any racial mockery to anyone.

Have to go in here early morning often when it's night safe. Young chap who works in there never has any shoes or socks on which is odd and rather un hygienic. Worst part is though he'll authorize your petrol pump then promptly disappear for 15 minutes. You're then left waiting for ages to pay getting later and later for work. This has happened on several occasions
