Walkabout Vet

Excellent vet, visits your home which stops undue stress on your pets. Mine are excited to see him when he calls. This isn't the vet in photo lol.

I moved to this practice following a recommendation from the cattery We have been pleased with the service and are confident that care and compassion for animals is first priority !

Excellent and so kind. My cat was killed recently and I was given a card and flowers which completely took me by surprise. Vets are normally quick to take your money but Walkabout vets actually care about the animal and the owner. They're are amazing.

As well as being highly skilled, Phil and his team are wonderful with the animals they look after. They are so kind, and you know your beloved pets are in good hands at times of high stress and emotion. I can't recommend them all highly enough.

Always feel that Phil, Sarah and the whole team care about my cats and are both kind and professional. Last year one of my cats had mouth cancer, and they came to my house to put her to sleep. It was all very calm, and respectful.Recently my other cat was ill, and it wasn't clear what the problem was, other than it was urinary. Phil and his team were brilliant. She had a couple of stays overnight, lots of tests, and eventually she was diagnosed with ecoli! Unusual for a female cat! This was a very stressful time, particularly having lost my other cat last year. I couldn't have asked for more support and kindness. I was kept informed every step of the way. It feels very much like a supportive family. Thank you guys.

Can’t recommend this vets practice enough! After being let down by our regular vets we called these to help us help our little girl cross over rainbow bridge.. They came to our home and we’re so lovely throughout the whole process. We collected our girl today and they have really been so thoughtful and wonderful throughout, we really couldn’t of asked for more.. definitely going above and beyond our expectations.. I wish we had used this vets a lot sooner, don’t know what we would of done without them. Thank you for making one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do that little bit easier..

I wasn't registered here with my 6 year old cat but called up and Tiffany was seen within the hour. Absolutely fantastic service. Warm staff made for a lovely atmosphere. I can't speak highly enough about Walkabout vets and Tiffany is back to full health. Thank you for your kindness, your warmth and your advice.
