This is our second vehicle purchased through Tom at Harwoods and I would not go anywhere else, the communication from Tom has been fantastic throughout, he is very knowledgable and took the time to go through all of our options when looking to upgrade and always made contact with me as to where our new car was and when it was due to arrive, which made it even more exciting! At the time of collection Tom made it a wonderful experience, he gave us an in depth handover which included showing us all of the gadgets in our new car and made us feel so at ease with it all. Would highly recommend to all family and friends.

No need for improvement. My local dealership on the Isle of Wight were fantastic, I had an issue with my vehicle, when I called and explained it is a work vehicle, they understood totally that I couldn't be without it for work. They managed to shuffle other booked vehicles around so my vehicle was seen the next day. The issue with the vehicle was very soon found by the master tech and the parts ordered and vehicle fixed. I collected my vehicle the very next day. All throughout I was kept informed great job and a big thank you.
