Great little shop full of all the stuff you use when decorating. On top of that, all the staff are not only friendly and approachable, but very knowledgeable too. Ben helped me and was brilliant ~ he didn't try to sell me the most expensive stuff straight away, but gave me options on prices and products across the range. A gem of a shop, and one I would definitely recommend. I will be going back myself too !

If you're non-trades it can be really daunting heading into a DIY store and not really knowing what you're talking about....but Mick at Dacorum Decorating Supplies is a legend. There's none of the stroppy huffing and puffing and half-help that some stores give you: Mick takes his time, properly helps, looks at alternatives and different ways to solve your DIY issues and does so at a decent price. Highly recommended.

I went into the shop a month or so ago to buy a product to help with stripping wallpaper. I left empty handed except for some free advice on how to remove with just water. It worked. They could have made a sale but they chose to give me free advice instead. Amazing customer service, we buy all our paint here now -always super helpful and friendly.
