I tried to phone for a family member, the attitude of the the guy on the phone , was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable just because called twice in 2 days regarding an emergency matter of a young person. The questions were not relatable to the matter and he couldn’t even be bothered to explain or give any information but to hang up as soon as he could. This customer service is unacceptable and disgusting for someone working in a law firm where you supposed to actually help the people! I don’t know about the lawyers but their staff on the phone is so rude and would never go there again ! Made me feel like Im doing something wrong for asking 2 questions for a solution!
