Summit Renovation did a fantastic job on our building refurbishment. From the very beginning, by arriving to quote the same day as my call, to the high level of finish throughout, Summit Renovation has been outstanding. Throughout the process the communication with James and his team was excellent and the attention to detail, in particular the planning stage was meticulous. Fantastic service - James was able to fit us in with only a few weeks notice to paint our house before we officially moved in. Mark was really friendly and got everything done in a timely manner - really transformed the house and couldn’t fault them.We had an electrical system on the walls and ceilings that they also that took out and re-plastered as well as the painting. After we paid they checked in to see if there were any touch ups to be done which they were happy to complete! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again if needed!

James arranged to meet me at 11:00am to look at everything that needed doing and draw up a quote for the work. He rang my doorbell at exactly 11:00am!We arranged to meet James at 11:00am to go round our house and quote. He rang the doorbell at precisely 11:00am. This is exactly what James is like. If he says he’ll do it, it gets done. We got the quote promptly and he and his team started work a week later.First impressions are very important and our first impression of James was that he was professional, hard working, open and honest. We were absolutely right. When we hit a problem, he went out of his way to solve it, and he is even coming back to make sure that everything is completed exactly as he told us it would beTo say that we’ve been impressed is an understatement. We are extremely happy with the work - pretty much a whole house make good and repaint. His advice is spot on, quality of work is very high, communication during the job was excellent, and we are surprised at the difference he and his team has made to our house. He said we would be! Summit Renovations have just finished a render repair job on my house. James and his team have been excellent; from the initial thoughtful planning, through to the high quality finish. We are delighted and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The communication was excellent from start to finish and throughout the process, we were confident that when communicating with James we would receive a prompt reply. As part of our work done, we had our ceilings plastered and the quality of this was outstanding. James and his team came out twice at our request to ensure that the gloss work in particular was improved when we noticed that some areas had been missed. Thank you for the work on our living room, landing and stairs. An incredibly friendly team to have work on our home.

We have a very large building with 16 Flats, Summit Renovation Ltd have been outstanding from start to finish, initially we agreed a price that was equivalent to the price we paid for a similar job 10 years ago, the painters have been polite and a pleasure to have around, well done James and the Team you have done a job in 3 weeks that normally takes us months.

The guys did a brilliant job of painting and wallpapering our living room. They very kindly fitted us in very last minute but the work was completed to a high standard. Will definitely be using them again for other projects. Many thanks!
