Popped by late in the evening after hearing about the recent takeover, ordered 1x fish & chips plus a kids portion which was made to order!Lovely batter and very good portions, friendly staff and nicely themed interior too, would go back for sure!

Awesome food! My family and I all got large haddock fish and chips — they were massive (huge piece of fish and many, many chips). Food is very reasonably priced — £9 for large haddock, and £3.80 for enough chips to feed at least 2 people. Everything was cooked to order, and their homemade tartare sauce is fantastic. The owner was very nice and accommodating for us. They have some seating inside, enough for maybe 10 or so people. It is mostly a takeaway place, but we sat inside and it was great.

Well cooked and generously portioned fish. Batter was just nice - not too thick, not too thin, with a lovely crunch. Chips likewise - thick cut the way I like it and fried just nice. Efficient service by a friendly owner. Overall great experience.

Great service, all the family were very happy with the fish and chips. Generous portions and was all cooked to perfection. First time visiting but will be back soon!

Enjoyed my experience here, we ate inside the restaurant. The service was polite and helpful, the food was good quality and the restaurant itself was very clean. Overall a great experience.

Amazing food and lovely staff. Only thing is that a large fish and chips is massive... My advice would be medium fish and share a large chips. And order online first as they cook it all fresh to order.

I got haddock and chips which was amazing! Good portion and taste. I also got this battered flat potato they recommended me, the inside was like chips but the outside was deep fried like Cod and I dipped it in Gravy. The flavours were amazing, apparently this thing is popular in Scotland but never heard of it before in Bristol. Absolutely amazing, would recommend
