Chiropractic Care West Lothian

I have suffered back problems for many years and have had a number of different treatments which have not made much difference.I have been attending this practice for around 6 months now and notice a huge difference in my back pain.At the start I attended more frequently, but I am not going roughly every 6 weeks.Gerard is very friendly and explains everything in detail. The procedure used targets the exact area where the problem is and I always feel better once I have had my appointment!For me, I believe it is about continuing to go fairly regularly to keep my spine in alignment and I take comfort from the fact that Gerard does not ask me to go more frequently than is required!My husband now attends and is happy with the treatment also.Not sure how it all works, but for me.........it does!

A few weeks ago i damaged my back a day later i was doubled over could not stand straight or sleep. Went to visit Gerard and within three visits my back problem was completely gone. Gerard uses a method different from any other chiropractor i had visited before . im not going to lie i was very very skeptical . No torture tables like i had had before. Gerard uses an activator which really does not feel like its doing anything at all.Hes made a believer out of me. After only a couple of visits my problem was gone totally. During the third and final visit he told me i did not need to come back unless i felt anything in the future.Highly recommended if you have any back problems .Thanks again GerardMarky

Having suffered with trochanteric hip bursitis for over a year attending ERI for ultrasound guided injections to no avail. Insomnia was starting to be a serious problem due to the pain in both hips which motivated me to attend chiropractic care in east Calder. I have to admit I was slightly sceptical but I was at the stage I would try anything. A week ago I visited Gerard at his practice and following several adjustments was told I would experience some pain that night because of the adjustments but then hopefully I would see some benefit thereafter. Remarkably I have not suffered any pain since that 1st visit. I went back today to see Gerard where he made a couple of adjustments & will return for a review in 3 weeks time. In the meantime I am pain free & am astounded at the success I have had with Gerard. My scepticism has been well and truly transformed about the benefits of chiropractic treatment

I thought I’d try a chiropractor for the first time, to help current back pain. As someone who usually needs an Osteopath to dig right into my back/ buttock muscles with his elbow, random “adjustments” with a wee plastic gun that felt like the flick of a finger, was no use to me whatsoever. In fact, I came out in worse pain than I started, mostly due to being put into a position that I really shouldn’t have with the issues I was having.Went back to an Osteopath and now half way to recovery.The chiropractor himself is lovely. But I have to leave a review based on my experience.

Was suffering bad upper back pain for months which was fixed after the first session with only one follow up.You can tell the practicioner is a kind soul who values his patients and isn't trying to squeeze them for monetary gain. The procedure was relaxed and I felt in safe hands. Thanks doc!
