I booked a 60min massage with Sonia and it was like spending 60min in heaven. I would highly recommend, and I will absolutely go back to her expert hands

Really appalling and disorganised and will never use them again. Booked in a Massage for my mum for her birthday, using a groupon code, only to turn up to find out that the manager had not booked my mum in at all! There were 2 ladies there who weren't attentive and left me and my mum sitting for roughly 15 minutes not saying a word or giving us an update before we asked them what was going on. After we found out not only weren't we booked in but they didn't provide the service but it was still advertised online. So we rescheduled what was meant to be an hour and a half massage but my mum was done in under an hour! After reading the reviews, I thought it would be a good place to go but by far worse place for a massageUpdate: your response already shows the kind of customer service you provide and my mum filled out a form and then called me when she was done and I also checked the time sweetheart and it was just under an hour when it was meant to be 90 minutes and my mum was sat there waiting for my brother for roughly 30 minutes because we thought she would be done by that time. Also, my mum was meant to have a full body massage so does that not include the leg?Also, the manager didn't book us in which is also true and my mum didn't receive her original treatment (which you have said was groupon's fault and is still up in their website) so my review still stands. Also, maybe be more attentive next timeGo at your own risk but I never will

Most amazing welcoming place ever. Treatment with Sonia the beautician was the most amazing experience Iv had. She gave the best facial and advice on after care. She was really welcoming and made me feel relaxed the whole time. My skin journey with Sonia is definitely going to be best. If I could rate more than 5 stars this place would get a 10

I got a body massage and a facial. I was so tense before and the lady did an absolutely amazing job. It was very relaxing and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much

This is a lovely warm & welcome family run business, with excellent customer service - which is important for me! I was booked in with Sonia for one treatment, she's amazing very knowledgeable and speaks you through everything. I've since been back and had another two different treatments with her. She definitely has a regular customer in me! My skin has made such major improvements, thank you Sonia x

I had a Dermaplaning facial with Sonia. She was wonderful, and attentive. I will definitely be going back for this treatment and other ones too. Highly recommend!!
