We have worked with Karen for a few years now and she has helped many of our team to grow and develop into our roles. When I first started in management, I had no idea about all the different theories & techniques that can be applied to certain situations. Karen explained them to us very thoroughly but in a way which was fun and interactive so they stuck in your head. I feel I have now progressed in my role as a manager, and whilst there are other elements to how I got here, Karen has played a big part in that. I have now started using this service for members of my own team who want to progress. Fantastic service, friendly, knowledgeable and always professional.

We had a fantastic experience as a team of 6 on a Horse Sense day. We gained valuable and unexpected insights into eachother, the dynamics of our team and ourselves. This was a first time completely new experience that i couldnt recommend highly enough! Karen lead and facilitated the session to perfection, putting everyone at ease in an unfamiliar situation and guided us through the process from the moment we arrived to an eye opening debrief. This unique experience was not only breathtaking working with the horses in a beautiful environment but, without question, lead to insights which simply cannot be replicated through traditional team building days. Speaking from first hand from this valuable time with Karen and the horses, i can safely say this experience opened ideas and insights that I use in my company (and in life) to this very day. The course is not only designed and delivered professionally by Karen, but also an unforgettable, highly beneficial experience for individual and teams alike.

I did a resilience course with Karen last year and found it so valuable for both work and work life balance. Due to start a second course in a different area in the next few weeks and really looking forward to learning more!
