Brilliant service from start to finish. SF Taylor created the lanyards for our staff network - the lanyards are really high quality with a great finish. The team were easy to deal with, fantastic communication - we had a delay due to a local lockdown - but everything was communicated quickly and efficiently. Special mention for Emma H who was always friendly and responsive when we emailed. Would be more than happy to work with again. Thank you!

I have recently placed a couple of orders via SF Taylor for a local NHS organisation and I have to say, the quality of the customer service is 5*. Much like most printing companies, when you order bespoke products, there is a lot of going back and forth, ensuring that things are perfect, making amendments where needed but nothing was too much trouble. A massive shout out to the Account Exec, Jodie who was so lovely throughout the process and ensured everything was completed to a fantastic standard. Thank you SF Taylor :)
