We had a full central heating system replacement carried out by JK Plumbing & Heating. From the quote, right the way through to the works being carried out they were exceptional. Kevin carried out our quote which was clear concise and highly competitive.When the works were carried out, they were at our house early every day to ensure there would be no delays to use moving back in. In fact, we moved back in a day early. The new boiler was demonstrated and explained, and the warranty was registered on my behalf. The quality of the work and the cleanliness in which they left the house when finished made it difficult to tell that any work had taken place. The additional tradesman used to complete the work of an equally high standard which again, demonstrates James and Kevin's own dedication to high standards. All floorboards and carpets were very carefully replaced, all rooms were hoovered etc.James and Kevin are as highly professional and courteous, their customer service is exceptional and I will have no hesitation in calling them first when I have any future works.

Excellent service from JK Plumbing. Boiler upgrade to a Viessman and an unvented cylinder. They took into account that we will need to move the system when we renovate and also installed a power flush to keep our boiler system clean. They were professional knowledgeable and did the work to a high standard. We use them for all our plumbing now. I’d highly recommend them.

Kevin and James installed a new shower room for us recently. They were thoroughly professional in every aspect of the work. They took time to explain how they would install the shower room according to the design and ensured that we were happy with decisions about situating the fittings. They coordinated the work with the electrician, plasterer and tiler very efficiently so that we knew what work would be carried out each day. The finishing and attention to detail from each person involved in the work was excellent and they have completely transformed this room. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

James and Kevin provided an excellent service by removing our old boiler when we were renovating our kitchen and replacing with a new one in a cupboard upstairs to give us more space. They also upgraded all the orginal radiators to new ones in the house. Would highly recommend JK Plumbing to anyone, very professional and friendly.

Jk plumbing and heating replaced our boiler in August. Both James and Kevin were very professional, reliable, respectful and very neat and tidy.They replaced our old boiler and took out the old hot and cold water tanks. Great service as usual from JK and additional trades arranged by them for complete refurbishment of our kitchen. Great to deal with from start to finish. Used previously for en suite shower room refurb and some smaller jobs; helpful, organised and trustworthy and would recommend to all.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring James and Kev to upgrade my central heating system in Eastbourne and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.
