Could not recommend enough. My husband bought his car from Skoda Derby and was beyond happy with the service from start to finish and his car. I have since bought my car from Skoda derby and have received the same excellent service. We both love our cars and both Courtney and Ben couldn’t do enough for us throughout.

Utterly useless service department. My car has been in 3 times to fix an issue, under warranty & each time they’ve failed. And today they told me they can’t fix it due to it being hybrid, which they’ve known from day 1!!So they want to send it to another dealership, but they have no courtesy car available in the meantime. So what am I supposed to do as I need my car for work? They don’t know. And no apologies, in fact the service manager cleared off to her office & shut the door!!!! Needless to say I’ll take my business elsewhere in future.AVOID!!!!

My wife tried to buy a car here. After some time in the show room attempting to sell her a car finance at a price higher than detailed on the Skoda website I arrived and we agreed on a deal inline with that advertised by Skoda. And signed a costed breakdown of the deal agreed.Wind forward to the car arriving and they wanted to ignore the costed order form and start again, obviously at a higher price than agreed. Yes the market moves between ordering and collection but that’s the business. My wife also tells me they were a touch shape about needed to have the PX and deliver the car by the end of the month.Walked away from the deal. Will not deal with the Bristol street group again.I have a strong suspicion that it was because it was my wife buying the car… I would suggest that anyone does their homework.
