A huge thank you to Tom, did a great job, kept me well informed about the new car and when I would be ready for collection, the only thing I wasn't happy with was the valeting, for a car that was only just valeted it was covered in finger prints, and a day after collection I noticed some damage on the rear bumper, this should have been noticed before hand.On a positive note I spoke with Tom about it and was very apologetic and said he would get it sorted.

Brought my first ever car the other day at SEAT Worcester! The experience couldn’t have been more easy going and relaxing thanks to Callum Law.Every staff member in the building was so welcoming and helpful, constantly offering cold and hot drinks and answering all of my queries.Couldn’t be more happy with the outcome, definitely helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Callum definitely deserves 5 stars.

Listers Seat Dealership came up top in my web search for a local garage to deal with a small problem with my Motability car whilst away from home.The appointment was easy to book on line and a phone call reminders came on the day before the appointment. When I arrived there were few parking spaces to be seen and no disabled spaces. However I simply abandoned the car at the door, and it was whisked away to the workshop.There was some excellent coffee available in the waiting area and I had barely enough time to drink my second cup when my car was returned. Warning lights extinguished and fluid levels checked and topped up. A remarkable service, and all the staff I dealt with were smartly dressed polite helpful and seemed determined to prove Listers to be dedicated to high quality customer service.

I have recently bought a used Seat Leon FR ST at Listers Seat Worcester; every query myself and my partner had was answered in a professional manner. Could not thank Ben Blackmore enough for how supportive he was during our time at Listers.I will certainly go back to buy another car in the future.
