Very welcoming. The assistant listened to what I wanted. I was buying a gent's watch. I wanted a luminous dial and expanding strap. Although it wasn't easy, she managed to offer me what I wanted. I left the shop a very happy customer. I could not have fulfilled my request by using an online supplier. Keep your stores open not everyone wants to shop online. Thank you.

Brilliant jewellers. Don’t usually go into jewellers apart from Pandora and that’s only to buy something. However, my clasp on my necklace belonging to my grandad (before he passed) broke yesterday and others suggested I come to F.Hinds. I went it they found the same exact clasp and could fit it there and then for £10. I was also offered a silver cleaning cloth for an extra £1 which I took advantage of. I was also advised that as the original link had been soldered on I can have that done but it would have to be sent away.The staff were lovely and I was so thankful they were able to fix this as its great sentimental value.

First time I've been to this Hinds store in Scunthorpe. I received excellent service from the very helpful and obliging staff.

The staff are very friendly, and will fetch and show you anything from inside the shop, aswell as the window display. Tell you about any offers on at the present moment. Greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Myself and my friend came into the Scunthorpe store to get my ring finger sized as I had no idea what size I was. An older woman served us but was very rude. My friend asked for them to size my finger and she very rudely asked if I was buying the ring from them. I said I had no idea because it was for an engagement ring so I just needed an idea for size. She then rudely told us that we could buy a ring sizer for £1.99 but my friend had previously had her ring finger sized by the same shop with no problems so we said no and that I want them to size me. The woman huffed and puffed so we said that we would just go somewhere else instead, this made her change her tone and she said “no it’s fine, I’ll do it”. I have no idea what she was called but it doesn’t really matter because we will not be returning. We walked straight over to H.Samuel and they were very happy to see us and size me, had no issues whatsoever and were happy to help with any questions. Absolutely disgusting customer service from F.Hind.
