Minniedale picked up our building project for our garage renovation using existing drawings and provided us with building regs in great detail. Chris also carried out a site visit in very short notice to confirm certain requirements with our builders.Due to a few planning issues Minniedale projects submitted the required documents to help with this problem.We have been extremely happy with their services and would thoroughly recommend to family and friends.

We embarked on a large renovation project in 2021 and I rapidly came to the conclusion that I needed professional project management services to tackle a project of this size. Minniedale Projects were appointed as architects and project managers. The project took about 2 years to complete and Minniedale handled all aspects of the project from getting planning permission, to appointing builders and managing all aspects of the projects. Throughout the project, Minniedale Projects were very hands on and I had total confidence in their ability to deliver - which they did. Highly recommended.

Minniedale Projects have designed and project managed two rennovation projects for us. The first was the addition of a large single story kitchen extension, the second was a loft conversion and first floor redesign and upgrade. From initial design to completion Chris and the team were helpful, innovative and organised. Chris recommended builders, organised all the building reg visits and was an all round fantastic project manager. Great attention to detail in terms of ensuring the build was up to scratch and offered sound advice when the plans required change. We would highly recommended.

We appointed Chris after the start of our building project when it became apparent that dealing with our builder might lead to melt down. Such a relief to have an intermediary with experience to keep things calm and on an even keel. In retrospect we've found that our builder installed some items which were quite a lot more expensive than they need have been and a bit of guidance might have been useful; but on the other hand, maybe we should have questioned it ourselves.Chris stuck with us until the snagging was completed, which was pretty well nine months after completion of the project. He also continued to chase the rather elusive supplier of our new french window to rectify a problem until it was satisfactorily resolved.Never had need to use a project manager before and hope never again to have any building work done, but if we did we'd ask Chris to do it again.

I engaged Chris to provide a budget cost estimate for my house redesign project. I was happy with the quality of the report together with practical suggestions to consider.

We have had the pleasure of working with Chris at Minniedale twice now, first time project managing our kitchen extension and second time project managing full house rebuild after house fire.
