Absolutely delighted with Nigel's work. I had an Elna that had been in my parents attic for 12 years. The machine had seized up and a small part broken. He managed to repair the broken piece and get it into full working order again. Thank you so much.

My machine was picked up and dropped off by a very friendly person called Nigel. The machine is 41 years old and never been serviced. Within a few days it came back like a brand new machine. I am extremely happy with my machine and the service given. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service . I went to nigel after the repairer i had been using failed to repair my machine after 3 attempts. I thought it might be the end of the rd for my machine. It was easy to drop off and nigel delivered it back to me in holmfirth a plus the other place i always had to take my partner with me to carry it to the shop. Nigel replaced a few parts at very reasonable cost. It now works perfectly better than it has for the last few years. I am very pleased as my machine is 32 years old and has sentimental value 18th b day pressie.
