I brought a car into Motorvogue @ Bury St Edmunds today for some warranty work directed from another dealership and unfortunately due to an administrative issue with the warranty (not MV’s fault) we were not sure how to proceed with the works.Luckily for us we had Anne-Marie handle our appointment and she went above and beyond to assist, due to the admin error the works couldn’t be completed, but Anne-Marie insisted on getting the mechanics to give our car a full health check before we left and as promised followed up our visit with a detailed email with all the information needed to take back to the dealership we purchased the car from to assist with getting the faults repaired.Whilst at Motorvogue for the morning we enjoyed looking around the showroom and talking to several members of staff.The showroom is very clean, nicely laid out and enjoyable to walk around and see all the cars displayed, the complementary hot drink was nice and all the members of the team we spoke to were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely nice.Although our day didn’t go as planned what could have been a very stressful situation wasn’t stressful at all.I would recommend anyone looking to buy a newer car, maintenance or service to visit here. They truly are a company that put their customers first, even when you were not a customer to begin with.

After coming from the Desira garage and being told we had to travel at least 30 miles to have a look at a new Peugeot, we found Motorvogue. The dealership is airy, clean, the facilities are great and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Matthew assisted us from the very beginning of our query right through to the process of collecting the car and could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience and it didn't go unnoticed or under appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Beautiful showroom with fabulous coffee and what an absolute joy it was meeting Alfie today and ordering our new car with him. I was expecting to be patronised but far from it! Collected my new car with adaptations yesterday and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Alfie throughout. I had to travel over 100miles to get to this dealership but the experience from start to finish has been nothing short of perfect. Nothing was made to seem like an inconvenience although the situation we came to Alfie with less than standard and he was so helpful and kind throughout. I could not of asked for a nicer person to deal with. Also the dealership it's self was clean and well presented, all staff we spoke to were friendly and although 2.5 hour drive there is a long way for us I can definitely say for the customer service received it was 100% worth it !

Magnificent and with lots of patience Matt has been a great asset to our experience when buying my first car.
