Thank you so much LizaI was in so much pain with my neck and was going away for a few days I messaged Liza and she went out of her way to fit me in .I went away the next day in less pain and my neck had so much more movement .I enjoyed my trip so much better because I was soon pain freeI will be returning

Can't begin to explain how much better my back feels after today's session. Treatment reinforced with an explanation of what is happening with my body and suggested some foundation exercises to strengthen the weak areas.

Liza is a highly recommended professional, with a vast wealth of knowledge. As a person who suffers from several chronic illnesses, including Fibromyalgia, I was a little sceptical at first, about how I could be helped. Having seen Liza several times now, even on my worst Fibro flare up day, I can't imagine how I struggled through beforehand. Liza is truly amazing at what she does, and has got a client in me, for many years to come.

Liza is brilliant. Very welcoming, very personable and most importantly very knowledgeable.I have a range of misalignments due to the nature of my job and gym routines and even after one session I have noticed the difference. I didn't realise the restriction of certain ranges of motion that I had until I got them back again.

First came to Liza following a knee operation, her skills and experience gave me the mobility and confidence to get back to the activity’s I enjoy with no issues. Cannot recommend enough.

I came to Liza with a pulling / tearing sensation in the back of my heel which was severely limiting my mobility and affecting my gait.Liza diagnosed the problem muscle and very quickly sorted the issue within a couple of sessions. She also gave me accompanying advice and exercises for me to do at home.Would I recommend Liza? - 100%!!! Her work is top notch and at a good price too.
