This was the 1st time ordering from them. I live in Northern Ireland and wanted to send my Mom flowers as a surprise. The ordering process was easy and straightforward, along with a great choice of arrangements to choose from. Within a couple of hours, my order was paid for and delivered. My Mom was over the moon with the flowers, so she sent me pictures to see for myself. I will definitely be ordering from Joanne and the team again.

My MIL asked me if I could sort out some flowers to send to someone to cheer them up, in fifteen minutes we had looked on 'floral impressions' website, chosen flowers, paid for them and they were delivered the same day!excellent service and fabulous flowers, will definitely use again xx
