Took my car here for a service & MOT. Everything seemed fine until I picked my car up. My car wasn’t running right at all, my car was shaking being stationary and also whilst driving. I took my car back to them twice with the same issue, girl was very rude on the phone telling me they had used all of my fuel trying to test drive it to which I was extremely frustrated as I had filled my car up 2 days prior and don’t travel far. She told me the problem was that when they changed my spark plugs, the coils seemed rusted and they must have knocked them ?? Whatever that means, she had no clue what she was talking about. It would cost me £76 +VAT to replace for something they ‘knocked’ and wasn’t guaranteed that was what was causing the issue.I have since found that my coil pack was completely snapped and my car was running on 3 cylinders. No idea what garbage the girl on the phone was trying to tell me but completely waste of money if you take your car here for repairs, they will try to get what money they can out of you for an issue they caused!!

Such nice people. Helped me out so much, nothing was too much. Booked an Mot and service, car came out in perfect condition. Very competitive price and outstanding service. I will definitely be back again.

Absolutely the best garage i have encountered. The level of professionalism is unmatched. My car was booked in, correctly diagnosed thoroughly after repeatedly going to numerous garages. The car was also completed promptly. Highly recommend this garage if you are looking for a stress free experience at a garage please try for yourself! The female staff members are so welcoming and experienced highly. Will be definitely be using them again.

Would highly reccomend, I have used many times Customer Service as brillant. They have brilliant knowlegable female staff nothing is too much trouble, I wouldn't go anywhere else. An honest and trustworthy buisness!

Wonderful garage, rectified an issue with my car that 3 other garages couldn't. The service from the staff on the front desk was wonderful, I couldn't have been better looked after. 100% recommend and will definitely be going back.

An excellent vehicle service company where staff are very friendly and efficient. Your vehicle will be well catered for and you will be charged fairly. They also provide all categories of MOT services.

Very professional garage. Does get really busy sometimes so make sure you book in if you know somethings wrong. Then again every time I've turned up without an appointment they've sorted me out. Work is on the pricey side but I'm happy paying that knowing that the work is done properly and the correct parts are used. You also have the peace of mind that they won't just fob you off if things go wrong. Very competent garage and a stand out amongst other garages in the trade.

I personally had a very bad experience with this garage. My car was constantly in over a 5 month period costing me a lot of money. It was eventually analysed by Ford who said it needed a new engine. No I would never use this garage again. Actually have put one star only because there is not a facility for a minus.
