I joined Engage after completing my QTS. Alex Taylor was extremely helpful and I appreciated how careful they were to match me to a school that suited me with a view of helping me gain long term employment. The first placement I went to could not have been better for me and Alex and the team at Engage supported me through the highs and lows of my first full time teaching role and then while I was being taken on by the school. I have been employed by that school for 2 years now and I'm still immensely grateful to Engage for the opportunity and service.
