Great service and expertise.had a logic board repair and it was done in under 48hrsLots of experience and knowledge of how to repair Apple devices as opposed to leaving them for scrap. They can do a lot of repairs that Apple themselves will not do without replacing the device.

Best MacBook, iPhone and iPad repair shop in Sheffield. Staff were very attentive to details when diagnosing my MacBook. They even stayed extra hours in the office to get my MacBook fixed as I needed it for work the next day.I would totally recommend for anyone looking for an apple repair shop in Sheffield.

Brilliant to have the sound fixed so no longer have the industrial growl I was getting, plus a dust-free spring-cleaned MacBook 2013 but best of all a new battery which was my original call. And all in the time it took to have a coffee. Superb and kindred service. I'd fully intended to leave it and call back but here I am now typing the review. Fantastic service.

Really good service again today from MacSupport. Damian was extremely helpful in sorting out and installing a new battery for my iPhone and sorting out an iPhone 12 that I was told was u/s by Apple Store in Berlin.If I have Apple problems MacSupport have always quickly and efficiently sorted them for me, given advice you can rely on and been easy on the pocket too.

Damian was an amazing engineer; literally helped me and was so understanding. Fixed my water damaged MacBook within 2.5 hours. Sped up the process as it was an emergency. Polite, very friendly and respectful. Gave me detailed explanation of the problem, the causation and how to avoid it in the future as well as what was changed and how. Excellent service. Fast and effective. Couldn’t get better than this.
