I completed a 6 week course of the Energy Dynamic Model at the beginning of the year with Jennifer at a local centre. I have completed various Personal Development programmes whilst in my previous role as a manager at Heathrow, this particular model gave me an insight into how both myself and others operate in the world we live in today.The Energy Dynamic Model comes at things from a different perspective that helps to both relieve stress and anxiety and carve out the life you want to be living and feeling daily.Highly Recommended.

This is a treasure which I am convinced will help humanity get back on their feet. The founder of the Energy Dynamic Model Jennifer Foster lays the groundwork for a new and very accessible way to work with and understand the mind body spirit dynamic. In just a few session with Jennifer I discovered things about myself which completes part of a rather complex puzzle. There is more work to be done yet but I am delighted to have got this far in only a few days. Thank you Jennifer!
