Only good things to say about VRT. We have our Golf serviced there regularly and always find VRT to be professional and very helpful. One interaction stands out where they saved us £1100 on a repair from the main dealer. The repair was totally unrelated to the problem.

Had a fantastic experience here and will return for all other work on my VW Transporter. I needed a lot of work doing initially and they completed all of it for a good price and in really good time. They are always happy to answer questions and to offer their advice on how urgent work is. The whole team are really polite and I won't take my van anywhere else now. Would highly recommend!

The most honest and transparent service I have had - went in expecting a huge bill and they gave me honest advice that I didn’t need the work done (dodgy advice from another garage) and didn’t even charge for time spent inspecting my vehicle. Will be returning for the work when it’s needed for sure. If only all garages had this integrity!

An absolutely wonderful team: a pleasure to deal with and real experts. They've looked after our Golf Mk6 and Audi A6 for several years now for routine servicing, major and minor repairs, simple and complex issues and faults, and one or two urgent fixes when we've been in a real bind. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always ready to explain what's going on with the car and discuss options.
