Very professional level of service. Dr. Elizabeth Chege herself greeted me and escorted me to the consultation room .Th office was very appealing decor. Results and updates were relayed to me professionally. I am extremely happy I used this service

Absolutely lovely experience. Swift, quick and really listened to concerns of my child. The slower pace of the Appointment meant my child was thoroughly checked and diagnosed and not zoomed through like a bus service. And Dr Becker was a wonderful woman and would 100% reccomend !

I went to do a standard blood test. I called the support to ask if there was anything I needed to do to or be aware of ahead of doing the test. I specifically asked if I needed to fast before the test and was explicitly told “no” after the support asked for my date of birth to check.When I received my results they were all largely invalid because…I hadn’t fasted. Neither the doctor (Dr Amish Patel) nor the support had told me about this despite my specific questioning.Not surprisingly, DocTap then recommends that I should come and do another test - and pay another £140 for these tests.I asked for a full refund or free test as clearly DocTap has failed to give me the right guidance here. They have rejected this.Absolutely disgraceful service. Giving incorrect instructions just so they can have customers coming back and re-do the tests and pay double. I would never deal with such a dishonest provider and strongly recommend against ever using DocTap.Don't trust all the positive" reviews because they are clearly paid for by the company."

Had an appointment today with Dr Ayomide Noah. £65, easy to get to location right outside Victoria station, booked for same day. Overall worth every single cent spent, doctor Noah was so very kind, helpful and really listened to me. Thank you DocTap, I will be back!

It was my first time to book a private consultation for my daughter. As a worried parent my concerns have been acknowledged. If you have resources better book a private consultation for your peace of mind. The place is clean and they have lovely staff. Thank you Dr Hussain!

Dr Amish Patel is an amazing doctor. He is friendly and professional. I'm not a native English speaker, so he explains a lot of difficult medical words to let me understand.He provided professional medical advice, and he listened carefully to all my medical inquiries. Thank you, Doctor. :-)

I am a kiwi who is new to Pimlico (in fact the UK), so was looking for a GP. After a fair bit of research and due to the immediate need to see a GP I decided to try DocTap (private GP) in Victoria due to the significantly high star ratings/reviews compared to most GP's in the area. I was not at all disappointed. The booking, communications , appointment and follow-up were 10/10. Dr Patel is very competent, friendly and a clear communicator - enabling you get the most out of the medical advice provided. I highly rate this GP clinic including Dr Patel, quite possibly the best GP I have been too :) Thank you for your help and timely responses!!!

As we are traveling from the United States in London I was anxious about finding a doctor to see my child who was experiencing severe ear pain. However, I found this location online, booked the appointment in advance, was seen on time by Dr. Patel who was both professional and personable. She made my small child feel comfortable and happy, and was able to diagnose and provide a prescription and helped me find a pharmacy to fill it .The appointment cost me roughly what I pay at home as a copay for urgent care, and I didn't have any travel insurance. Overall an excellent experience and I highly recommend going here should you have medical issues while in London.

I visited Dr. Hannah Davies over near Victoria. Great doctor, would definitely use her again. Very calm and attentive, very kind and takes you seriously. Extremely clean, big and airy office, very nice.

Found DocTap when my own GP could not offer me an appointment within 3 weeks for an issue which was giving me cause for serious concern. I was able to book an appointment with DocTap within 24 hours. Very straightforward automated booking system. Met Dr Patel.Dr Patel is a lovely, lovely doctor. Helpful, kind and she listens. She was relaxed and made me feel at ease. We discussed my options and decided on the best course. Sorted. At no point did I feel rushed.I cannot recommend DocTap highly enough.The rates are reasonable, the service exemplary and this is the way I will be seeing a GP in future.
