Very impressed with JLR Specialists. We had multiple issues with our Evoque from central locking to DPF and electrical errors. The issues were quickly and correctly diagnosed, genuine parts ordered, collected and fitted all on the same day and at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to highly recommend JLR Soecialists.

I first contacted John regarding my steering going heavy. He came out and ran a full diagnostics on my range rover evoque and ultimately the steering rack had failed. He managed to get this done under land rover extended warranty for free and didn't cost me a thing. He literally saved me over a thousand pounds and didn't ask for anything. Took 2014 XF Sportbrake in for non-functioning central locking issue, seemingly a common fault on 2013/14 models after battery disconnect/reconnect. Googled all the Jaguar forums first for fixes - few made any sense and none worked. John had the diagnostics running moments after I arrived and very quickly solved the problem - and at a fraction of the cost of main dealership prices. Outstanding expert service from a guy who really knows his stuff, won’t hesitate to go back again, many thanks.

He provides Straight forward, Honest assessment and provides clear understandable solutions and time frame. JLR work to achieve the most cost effective solution for the customer while sticking to strict jag land rover standards using all genuine parts. A true specialist and pleasure to deal with. Just had a major service, my alternator replaced and window motor replaced on my jaguar xfs sportbrake. Amazing service from start to finish and i was always kept well informed. Very fairly priced and i will definitely be using again. Would highly recommend to any jaguar owner.

Although my problem was unusual John diagnosed and repaired it with minimal fuss and within a reasonable timescale, putting himself out, over a weekend, to get the work done. John is proud of his diagnostic skill and has a very good work ethic. I will certainly use him again.

My company stock a lot of Range Rovers and we needed a knowledgeable JLR Specialist. We struggled to find a decent and honest Specialist until we found John. He is very knowledgeable and spot on with his diagnosis. Very reasonably priced and honest about his work. We can now confidently purchase Range Rovers and not worry about any issues as we are extremely confident in John and his knowledge. I'm based just outside of London but I'm in the process of purchasing a Jaguar in the Wirral area. For peace of mind John agreed to to go out an do a full inspection and diagnosis of the car for me without me needing to travel up. He was incredibly professional and spoke with the dealer directly to arrange a time.Following his inspection he gave me a detailed breakdown on his finding and had put plans in place with the dealer to resolve one minor issue that was flagged.Overall a great service for a great price, I would highly recommend!
