L A Maintenance & Cleaning

Our end of tenancy cleaning was done by Lubo and his team - professional and courteous, excellent cleaning work. I would let the pictures speak for themselves. To add, Lubo also helped us with minor wall repair and painting works which was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend his services!

I had a property which required refurbishing. The property was about 90 mins drive from my house. So I needed someone who not only was good at refurbishment projects but also was experienced and mature enough to project manage everything that was required even where I hadn’t specifically asked for it. LA Maintenance was that companyThey ran the whole project. They kept me fully updated. They used their common sense when needed and only called me when absolutely needed. The job was completed to a very high specification and included house clearance, painting of walls, ceiling and woodwork, vinyl laying, carpet steam cleaning, deep clean of all appliances and garden maintenance and minor repairs.I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anybody and will definitely use them again in the future.

Lubo was very professional and provided good cleaning and lawn mowing service at short notice. Excellent communication as well. We would recommend.

Lubo helped me to arrange the end of tenancy cleaning. Lubo and his teammate did a really great jobs for me from morning until 8:00pm. They turned my rented 3 bedrooms property to a complete cleaned one. What they did is really much better than my expectations. The deep greasy dirts and mildew marks disappeared completely. I'm not sure if I can get my deposits in full from my property agent next week but I believe Lubo's team has provided a professional service for me without doubt.
