Had a recent interaction with Laura Sweeney, who helped me finalise my energy bills in a new rented property. She was patient and kind in her dealings with me as a fraught mother of a toddler amidst a house move! Thoroughly recommend Laura.

One Utility Bill, not many good things I can say about this company apart from the ease of having everything in one place, but that doesn’t even come close to the constant stream of terrible communication and seemingly random prices they pluck from the sky to rain down upon us the little people.I have found myself a number of times calling up and trying to find out why I have been charged an extra £20-£100 in the year I’ve been with this company.Their answer machine says their call centre is open from 8am-6pm, but doesn’t pick up the phone until 9:30am, prices have changed drastically on this “fixed” term contract and little to no help has been provided in this cost of living crisis.I hope the mansion is comfy and you can sleep well at night.Disgusting company and I will never be coming back. It will be more effort getting individual gas and electric, but that’s a much better sell off than getting mystery bills charged to my and my flat mates accounts.

Zero star, closed my account on July and now November still did not receive my balance statement and refund. Scam company don’t use it. Today I received the refund and they charge me ridiculous high during summer time for £300 for 2 months! They did not provide the detail statement and replied that they based on estimates, but I had already provided the reading for start and end of contract! Don’t used them!

Be careful dealing with One Utility Bill. They can offer a payment package that is way too much from the actual usage. By the time a customer realise the package is inappropriate, they will hammer customers with their policy of paying a £100 upright cancellation fee. Then if you follow their 30-day cancellation notice, customers will obviously pay for another 'package' amount that is way too much compared to the potential usage. Clearly, One Utility Bill is just grabbing money from customers.

Really bad customer service onces I've cancelled. On cancelling Harry Tiggs reassured me that i won't have any outstanding balance with my Severn Trent account which was on the 5th October and then spoke to someone on the 14th October who reassured me onces again that One Utility has made a bank transfer. The following day i receive an email from Heather who said they will pay what they are liable for, which should be most off the outstanding balance as I've paid them a total of £3,766.25 which doesn't include the £100 cancellation free nor the £65 i paid on top. After sending several emails to Heather which she hasn't replied back to" This company doesn't care about the customer and all they want is your money. Bills never go down

I’ve been with One Utility for a year now. They have been amazing, they answer all my calls, and also have an option to book in a call back and have always called back.Unfortunately, I’m now moving house so needed to cancel my plan. It was so easy, they were really helpful and polite on the phone. The person I spoke to, Harry Tigg, was so helpful, polite and respectful. He was able to help me and made the process effortless for me. Thank you Harry!

I was quoted £237.42/mo for variable rate water and electricity at my new (no-gas) flat. Went directly with the suppliers instead (Ovo and United Utilities) and am now paying about £115. That’s less than half of what One Utility Bill were asking for. So, apparently, consolidating my energy bills is a premium service worth £120 a month. Consider also the possibility of increased bills on the variable tariff, and the ~£40/mo extra for unlimited energy.I have no idea who conjured up the number I was quoted but I can only assume they’re targeting fresh grads who don’t know any better. I hesitated to leave a review because I didn’t actually use their services but the extortionate costs left a bad taste in my mouth. I would implore anyone considering this service to just contact your energy suppliers directly.I have granted a very generous second star because Harry was polite and helpful over the phone and I imagine he didn’t personally think up the prices. I would welcome a response from whoever did.

Overall experience with this company is alright. It’s great they can pay the bills on behalf of me but I am upset about one thing. To reach out via call is a hassle, no one picks up and the line keeps ringing till it drops. However the customer service is excellent, Niamh from the company was amazing. She helped me fix the internet issues I was having and got me back online. The people here are really helpful but the systems have let me down. However I am grateful for the chat system, it reassures I can get through to someone. Thank

I had a great experience so far with One Utility Bill,I received an email that let me schedule a call at a time convenient for me, I knew who I would be speaking to and it was easy to reschedule if I had to.Harry was friendly, informative and knowledgeable about what One Utility Bill were offering and upfront about costs and terms and all round great person to talk to.After experiences with other companies calling trying to to force a deal on me for the sake of their commission this was a much more straightforward and earnest experience. Would recommend!

I do not want to give even a one star. Very ridiculous. Don't use this company. They will overcharge you a lot. They are not transparent at all. Their terms and conditions are not clear enough what you will really have to pay for your contract or package. Every month, they charge me £ 215 to £ 258 for electric bills while energy supplier will charge £100 to £140 per month. I paid their bills monthly without leaving any debt. When I end my contract, they mention I owe to pay them extra £989.20 for the 5 months I used their service. I used their service for 5 months for a single bedroom flat for a single person. They charged me a total of £2250.99 including a cancellation fees of £100 while other energy supplier will charge me about £500 to £700 for those 5 months. You can see how much their price is much more expensive than others. And they never mentioned my unlimited package price will cost me that amount. Only when I terminated their service, they told me an extra amount to pay.I feel like I am bullied or cheated. But I do not want to argue with them using my precious time. I will never use their service again and will not recommend others to use it.
