Sussex Audiology Centre - Haywards Heath Nuffield

Provided an audiology test with immediate follow on appointment with consultant to diagnose test results and actionable treatment.

I went to Sussex Audiology Centre for what I thought was routine wax removal and I think being somewhat in denial the problem turned out to be somewhat more underlying. Ben was absolutely first class in being sensitive to my feelings at the initial time, constructive in encouraging me to try out hearing aids and having made that jump I am now very relieved at the way things have turned out (as is my wife!). Whether it is for routine things or more in depth, the advice and treatment that you will get from Sussex Audiology is first class and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Brilliant! Rosanne Westcott was superb. Efficient, helpful and a great communicator, explaining everything very clearly. Will definitely return for annual check up.

Unbelievably great service from start to finish. Was fitted in for an emergency appointment. As all appointments were booked they actually kept the surgery open for an extra half an hour to see us. Lovely staff. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have a problem because the wire on my left mold had become detached from the aid. Within a few days I had an appointment on 21st November to see Rosanne who took it in for repair and gave me a temporary aid until it was mended. On the 1st December she fitted the repaired aid. That is what I call good service.
