Phoenix Motorcycle Training Chippenham

Myself and my best mate took our CBT course with the Chippenham branch. Sammy & Mitch were absolutely amazing! Great sense of humour, extremely patient, and so knowledgeable. We never at any point felt under pressure and from the minute we arrived were made to feel very welcome which was a great help with the nerves.Despite us both having no previous experience on bikes, we both walked away from the day with the biggest grins and our CBT certificates. If it wasn't for the amazing training from Sammy & Mitch, this wouldn't have been possible.I would highly recommend Phoenix for anyone looking to start their journey on a bike and I will certainly be returning in the future for my full A licence.

My husband and I did our CBTs in August via Leigh and Mitchell, both were brilliant. Myself being new to biking and handling a motorbike lacked confidence, they were both patient and helped me build confidence.We have both progressed to completing a DAS Course and have now passed Mod 1 & 2. The instructors Jason and Pete were excellent with their advice and guidance.I couldn’t recommend Phoenix Chippenham enough and if I had to do it all again I would go to them. Will look at advanced motorcycle training with them in the future for sure.

I have done my both my CBT and full motorcycle licence using DAS and I was very pleased with all the training and advice I’ve got from everyone at Phoenix!Booking a spot was very easy as Lisa is very prompt in replying to emails and payment was straight forward as well.I was quite clumsy at the beginning (maybe it’s an understatement), but all the trainers have encouraged me and have been very patient throughout the training.Lots of love to the team!

Took my CBT for the first time today at Phoenix The instructors (Sam , Mitch and Jason) were fantastic, really easy going and knowledgeable. Made for a brilliant day and my skills definitely improved, The communication system was brilliant and i never felt held back or pushed on at all. Made for a super start to life on 2 wheels, thanks all!

I had the pleasure of using these guys from my CBT through to taking my full licence which I passed first time. The training was thorough and lots of fun and of the instructors were great (Mitch Leigh and Pete). It’s a shame it’s over now but hopefully I’ll meet you guys again.

I’ve taken my CBT and A2 with Phoenix in Chippenham and passed all courses first time. I would greatly recommend this service, as the instructors are well educated and teach in a way that keeps you calm and engaged. I had Jason as my instructor, and he taught me in a way that was suitable for my learning style: great service all around.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Made to feel very relaxed and welcome. Very professional training throughout the day. Our instructor (Dan) was amazing. Very knowledgeable, but also very witty. Would absolutely recommend phoenix motorcycle training to anyone, and will definitely be going back to do my big bike licence.

They guided me through the whole process from CBT to a full license. Amazing, professional and friendly instructors. Proper practice both on the roads and manoeuvre classes. I will miss my training bike as well... Lovely BMW GS. Thanks a lot team!

Done my CBT in August 2022 In Chippenham the instructor I believe was called Mitch a fantastic instructor that taught me the basicsOct this year I booked my Mod 1 & Mod 2 with them, turned up for my first days training greeted by Adam I was a few minutes late & he was understanding & polite, really helped to settle nerves.Mod 1 test day I turned up we done a practice run in the rugby club then went to Bristol walked away with a pass!Mod 2 I had the instructor Jason very polite extremely professional & fantastic advice we drove round Bristol for a few hours & then done the tests walked away with a pass!Overall I have really enjoyed my experience with Phoenix highly recommend & fantastic from start to finish.

Excellent training. Went from CBT to full A license in 3 weeks due to the instruction received. Mitchell, Jason and Pete were fantastic during the training and Lisa was very accommodating with the times and dates that I needed. Highly recommend
