Make sure you have an agreed price upfront as otherwise they will mess you about with cost (only telling you a final cost at the end of the work, almost double the original quote) and if you dare to query it they will shout and scream at you down the phone. Aggressive , intimidating and extremely unprofessional company! Avoid at all costs!

We had issues with blocked and damaged drains which these guys sorted - they were super fast to arrive and sort the immediate crisis, very thorough, competent and reassuring. Once that was dealt with they were able to properly sort everything, replacing and making it all good again. Highly recommended.

Great service from George and his boys , from start to finish pleasure to deal with ,fixed damaged waste water clay pipe under driveway , kept us informed throughout job about works being carried out and what was needed , would highly recommend Draintek and would use again if needed .

Blocked drain, George@ Draintek responded to call out. Came within 30mins. Inspected and explained what the problem was. Unblocked drains, flushed out drains. Bank holiday Monday night, thank you Draintek. Cost was very reasonable. Will call again if needed.

These guys don't mess about. Called them at 5pm for an outdoor drainage problem I've had for 4 months and had 2 other people look at so far. George was round with his van by 6pm and the drain was unblocked within the hour. Great service.
