I had a fantastic experience at the Farnham branch of Motest. Particularly with Daylin, who was amazing; he went above and beyond in getting my car sorted. He was really honest and knowledgeable, and great at giving me updates. Thank you!

We always use this garage. I love the ease with which you can book and think the value compared with others is excellent. I too love the location.

AVOID if you value your safety.I had an MOT carried out in Nov 2020. MOTest missed some serious corrosion on the rear of my front brake disc. Luckily the garage that carried out the final service noticed this fault and managed to make the car safe to drive (thank god, I have kids). The final garage stated we are staggered this could have been missed and should have resulted in a failed MOT".In addition

I was extremely disappointed with the service I had received. I had booked online & filled in my registration which gave me a quote for the offer they had on for a full service at £180.They contacted me to say car was being cleaned & ready for collection.. when I arrived to collect the car was not cleaned at all & had told me that the gentleman who cleans the cars was off sick and presented me with a voucher for a drive through car wash machine in aldershot ( that I would not recommend as my wing mirror has been damaged ) picture attached of the damage of the car wash they obviously have pre-payment vouchers for.I informed the garage what had happened and to not send any more clients there… he said ‘well our valet guy can only take on a few cars a day, so we send the big cars over there for an outside wash’When making payment.. the car flew through the service & nothing was needed to be amended shall I add.. I was presented with a bill of £260 which was a very different quote from £180.I argued this and the young lad stated there was an error on the website but had flyers posted around the garage of the deal, I was extremely upset and do not feel confident as a female taking my car to a garage as feel I get ripped off, quite frankly I got well and truly ripped off!!!

Had my annual service on my car here. Eveything was completed as requested including a full printed report of what was completed. Credit to Nick the engineer who explained to me items that could need attention in the future, and all with no attempt to push for work to be done. The reception staff x 2 gentlemen were happy friendly and welcoming, even in 30c heat! :-) Thanks for the great service. I shall be using MOTEST Farnham again in future.

I like it here . always have my MOT's done here . good honest garage not waiting to rip you off for unnecessary work . I may get advisory notes at the end , which is fair enough . well done everyone

Prices seem competitive and always received sensible advice/quotes about repairs etc. we have used them for years and will continue to do so. No complaints.

Everyone at Motest are great and have been doing mine and my wife's cars for many years now. Very happy with the service we get each time, with a special mention for Keith as he always, and I mean always, goes above and beyond. Only thing that is slightly disappointing is that no vacuum and wash are done on the cars any longer, even though it is listed on the website as a service they carry out. Minor issue though in the grand scheme of things and will always use Motest Farnham.

SHOCKING EXPERIENCEI cannot begin to express how utterly disappointed with my recent dealings with Motest Farnham. The repair of my vehicle turned into such an ordeal that tested my patience and revealed the astonishing lack of professionalism at this establishment.From the get go they struggled to identify the precise problem with my car. It was in their garage for weeks whilst they chose an expensive strategy of replacing random parts in the hope the issue would resolve itself.The communication throughout the repair was appalling. I felt ignored and left completely in the dark regarding any updates on my car. Because of this I felt the need to chase updates myself and pester for information at every turn; usually without any success. I was lucky if the front desk would answer the phone as my calls were left to ring endlessly or were outright ignored. Such an unresponsive approach is inexcusable, especially when customers are seeking vital information or updates. It felt as if my concerns held no significance whatsoever. The lack of proactive communication was nothing short of negligence and left me feeling disregarded and undervalued.The level of customer service from the main front desk was equally shameful. There's one member of staff in particular who is rude, dismissive and condescending. I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The front desk should set the tone for a business, and the discourteous manner in which I was treated reflects poorly on Motest as a whole.The whole experience was a complete and utter nightmare. From the prolonged repairs to the lack of communication, unresponsiveness over the phone, and compounded by the rude and condescending front desk. It is clear that this establishment has a long way to go in terms of customer satisfaction.It is deeply disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and basic respect in an industry that should prioritise customer trust and contentment.I strongly discourage anyone from seeking their services but more so if you're a woman looking for a garage that treats you with respect and professionalism, I would strongly recommend exploring other options. There are establishments out there that value all customers equally, regardless of gender.
