If you want a quality job doing , I would thoroughly recommend Baileys Floor Care for any block paving or drive way improvements . Chris fully explained their work plans and the different stages involved - right through the power washing, sanding and sealing.They were punctual, reliable and fulfilled everything that was promised. I am very satisfied with the totally transformed look of our block paving, drive way and the very high standard of workmanship carried out.

Although I didn’t have my rug cleaned … The gentleman advised me that my rug was beyond cleaning ( It had gone a bit mouldy after me trying to clean it ) he explained that the decay would affect the wool … I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge ( I’m sure some cowboys would have said they could clean it and took my money !!! ) I would not hesitate to use this company should I need a rug cleaning or to recommend them. Lovely pleasant chap … nice to see that there are honest businesses still about in this day and age !! Thank you for the time and effort you made in coming out …. Plus the communication was spot on !! I received emails and a booklet explaining what they do - top quality correspondence !!!

Excellent carpet cleaning service, just before we reopened after the lockdown restrictions we had Chris in to clean our carpets and also scrub up our indoor astro turf. As you can see from the photos it looks brand spanking new.Highly recommend his services and will most definitely use them again.

Really sorry, but was disappointed with the results, l had them a few yrs ago and was very impressed, cream carpet, well dirty, came up immaculate, this time patterned, didn't get any of the mark's of,disappointing

Chris came out to look at whether our wood floors were suitable for sanding. He was incredibly professional and honest about our options. Even though our boards weren't in a good enough condition to be sanded, Chris took the time to talk me through other options that might work for me and even recommended another business that might be able to help.I'm confident that, if he did come and do work for us, he would have done an incredible job. If I ever need floor sanding in the future, I'll be coming to Bailey's without hesitation.

Chris and his team completely refurbished our wooden floor, doing an excellent job, we thought that it would need to come up until he visited and explained what he could do, it now looks like a brand new floor

Super impressed from start to finish with the service provided. At no time was I put under any pressure by the representative who came to see me. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He took my very large and heavy rug away on the day and a two man team returned it after Xmas looking like new. Well worth it. I can recommend Bailey’s without hesitation and will definitely use them again. The communications throughout the process was also very efficient.
