Nobody ever picks your calls!I've been calling for a week, a few times/hour Monday-Friday.I then tried calling the general Salford Royal Hospital line then clicked 3 or so for outpatient appointments and they couldn't connect me to Physiotherapy either. Just gave me the same number where no one ever picks up.There's no email or no other way to get through to them.Don't know if this is just a case of staff being careless or incompetence. Did the number change and they never updated it online/on letters?Puts us, patients in a very frustrating position, eventually forcing you to go there to resolve it in person.

Been trying to book an appointment for 8 months after I was told to book in 2 weeks from my last appointment and they never answer the phone ever. I’ve given up.

Trying to cancel appointment for tomorrow cannot get through keeps cutting me off get through to switchboard and they put you through to pharmacy would like to email so I do not get put down as a no show but very difficult

Tried calling 50 times to reschedule an appointment, not a single phone call was answered... Extremely poor service and the receptionist deserves the sack

I broke my collarbone which required surgery and was referred 'internally' as part of post-op recovery. Everything worked really well, I was able to get appointments when I needed them, the team were always knowledgeable and helpful, and most importantly I got my full range of movement back. The telephone service could do with improvement, but I think it suffers because the team focus on supporting folks who are there for appointments.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the excellent service provided by the physiotherapy staff. I had a serious knee injury (ruptured ACL damaged LCL, MCL and PCL). From start to finish of my interaction with the service I have been treated with respect and compassion. Excellent advice and recovery programme provided. Special mention to Danielle and Annalisa for their expertise in getting me back to the baseline where I can look forward to resuming exercise and skiing.

Trying to get an appointment is impossible, my last physio was 6 weeks ago and I was supposed to go back two weeks ago but can't simply get through to book one. It just constantly rings out then cuts you off after 2 minutes. Physio is paramount to people's rehabilitation and it's just not good enough.
