We have worked with A S Collections since August 2021 and used them for various situations when customers refuse to pay. On this occasion, we asked them to help collect a debt from an international company in the Netherlands that was a few months overdue, as the company had stopped responding to us. They replied within 40 minutes of receiving Paul's email, which was tailored specifically to our situation and resulted in settlement terms being agreed upon quickly. Had an unpaid invoice for 6 months which, despite numerous promises, just wasn't getting paid. After receiving an email, I spoke with Marc about the debt and he clearly described the process and potential fees. I supplied the proof of debt and contact details and he sent out the initial email the same day. Had payment within 20mins. Great service and perfect outcome!
