I bought four pieces of artwork from Castle Fine Art in August 2021 through Kaan Cardakli. It was a significant purchase totalling thousands of pounds and not one I entered into lightly. Unfortunately it has been a very unhappy experience. The delivery was delayed beyond every estimate they gave me. When they did finally arrive (staggered, as the delays continued), the frames were damaged and the artwork within had slipped so you could only see half of it. The quality of the frames themselves was very poor, with mitred corners very roughly cut and not a single one of them was flush, with clear gaps showing. The Bob Dylan piece I bought had a rip in the artwork, which was never mentioned and sent out despite it being clear enough that it would clearly have been seen before being sent out.I spoke with Emma Blackburn who helped to rectify these issues and eventually they were fixed, swapped or replaced as necessary but I remained very unhappy and not wanting to keep any of the pieces I had purchased. Emma offered a copy of a Bob Dylan coffee table book as a gesture of goodwill, which I initially accepted, but despite it being a year and a half later and despite me also discussing this with 'client manager' Charlotte Matthews in November 2022, I continue to await its delivery.Recently it was revealed in the news that Bob Dylan's signed prints had actually been signed by an autopen producing replicas of Bob Dylan's signature following him developing vertigo in 2019. This somewhat renders it rather pointless having a signed copy of his prints and lowers the value considerably. I contacted Castle Fine Art to question this and was sent a carefully worded response and directing me further to statements from Castle Fine Art regarding this, with no real reassurance or rectification of the damage this has done to the value of the artwork, the confidence (or indeed lack thereof) I have in the genuineness of the signature on the print I have, and the continued complete lack of trust and faith in Castle Fine Art as a company. The customer service continues to be nothing but lip service, and I have been left with four pieces of art I have no desire to own and have never been hung on my walls. They have each been tarnished with the awful experience I have had with Castle Fine Art and I continue to want a full refund of each of the pieces, as well as the copy of the book that I was promised so long ago. It's a shame, as had they refunded these and provided good customer service they would likely have made a lot more money in the long run.I have since bought many pieces of art for our collection through other galleries and could not have had a more different experience with every one of them.Do not touch this gallery with a barge pole.

I reached out to Castle Fine Art to purchase a piece from Billy Connolly's collection. Daniel took time and care in answering all of my questions which were a lot. Finally after answering everything I went to purchase the piece and it was sold out. Georgia helped me find the piece. I believe Daniel put the last one aside for me. 6 pieces sold in 2 days I was blown away. I was so appreciative to Georgia and especially Daniel. The service was amazing. I can't wait for the arrival of my new Billy Connolly Art work!

Always a joy to view fine art. Bob Dylan paintings and Lorenzo Quinn sculptures were my highlights.

There are several Galleries I purchase from in the UK, London particular, but this is one of the two that stand out. Daniel B. went out of his way to accommodate one valuable piece for me to purchase. The works they supply are breathtaking, tasteful and eclectic to say the least. They are very much ahead of the curve in artists coming up the ladder.A pleasure to do business with and will surely be doing more.DJOB

Wonderful gallery! What a surprise to come across this gem while walking around town. Some amazing artwork from new artists and we loved it all. Motivated me to reconsider all the art I have at home!

Fantastic service from start to finish from an amazing company. The gallery in The Mailbox is outstanding with helpful and attentive staff. Special thanks to Eleanor at the gallery for helping me whilst I was there to collect my artwork and also to Daniel at the head office who helped me with the initial purchase. As you can see, it now has pride of place at home.Thank you so much from one very happy customer.

I recently purchased a rather expensive framed print. When it arrived, I unpacked it to find there were 2 metal folding tabs on the back that were protruding through the brown tape. There was a split in the brown tape in the corner. There was a black mark on the INSIDE of the Perspex. There was no certificate of authenticity. When I complained, the Customer services advisor told me they have investigated the situation with dispatch managers, and they have confirmed that this damage occurred during dispatch even though the picture was still In-Transit with DPD. I fail to see how they came to this conclusion before they received the picture. They must have psychic powers!!To add insult to injury, the heavy duty cardboard box (marked 'Fragile') had NO damage, dents or impact marks on it.I requested my complaint was raised to senior management but the Advisor just offered me a full refund. Why would I want a full refund??? I just want them to accept responsibility for complete lack of quality control and liability.Post reply 7-12-23:- Hi Rachel, You might be happy this situation is resolved, but I am not!! Your Dispatch Manager is a complete charlatan who tried to fob me off with any old baloney instead of accepting responsibility. The Customer Services Advisor has clearly been told not to entertain any complaints and just feed me your generic list of B-S excuses. I doubt very much whether my complaint was even escalated any higher then her keyboard.Having bought 3 pieces of Art from you and this piece being the 2nd that had to be returned due to lack of Quality Control, I would have thought I would have received a more satisfactory outcome, alas, I have not. So I reiterate to you that I will never use Castle Art again.

My experience with Castle Fine Art has been fantastic. The service was brilliant and communication from Georgia and Emma was fantastic - they responded so quickly and were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The art works I purchased arrived in time and were well packaged. All round, excellent service. Thank you Castle Fine Art.

Having been to a couple of Castle galleries, I am aware how good they are. After a day out with the wife to be and her son we finished of at the mailbox gallery , my intention 2 paintings a Bob barker and another om glass , but that soon went out the window. The son , it was his first experience in a gallery buying and the staff which seams the wrong word were stunning , I'm not good with names but rebecca was totally amazing , the lady behind the desk was fab and the manager, like the others infomative, the son walked round and helped me choose a couple of bits and once home he messaged to say he enjoyed the day and art experience and he may go back for a peaky blinders art piece.I spent more than I planned but they ( the gallery ppl ) kind of wound me in and dangled imaginary carrots which was art.You could spend a great deal more as well as they stan with ypu and talk about what you are looking at.My home us a testament to beautiful people at these places and unique and impressive bits of art.Thankyou
