They done a great job! I turn up there without appointment and I was lucky enough to be seen by their team...one hour later my car was done with 2 new wheels which I had damaged with nails accidentally the day before...and the fix a third wheel too..plus other things...Great service

Bit expensive but had a puncher so we had to find the nearest place to get a new tyre fitted. Staff were friendly, even though they were really busy at the time they fitted us in so happy it got repaired.

went here for a free exhaust check, as my car was making a funny noise. they gave me a quote for £500, went somewhere else for a second opinion was quoted £265 half the amount!! and they said i needed some sensor and was told by the second opinion that was not required!! I am a young girl with a car that needed repairing and nearly being ripped off by this garage is not okay!

Because you're simply the best, better than all the rest. Would never go anywhere else. Been going to Kwik Fit for over 20 years. Same staff, same welcome, same expertise, same trust in all of the staff. Not many companies can match that.

The Manager and his staff could not have been more accommodating.I arrived unscheduled before the official opening time having sustained a puncture and forced to drive on a flat tyre.I explained that I had important business appointments and was anxious not to miss any of them.The staff gave me their immediate attention and within a matter of minutes I was able to drive away and eventually meet all of my appointments.I am please to express my thanks by giving this report.

Because I had an MOT done, dropped it off for an hour. It passed but was told I had a nail in the middle of my tyre. I told the gentleman if it was something minor that needs sorting out to do it while my MOT was being tested. When I collected my car, he said I would have to rebook it in to get this sorted out. It was heavy rain and I had not long recovered from covid. I just wanted to go home rather than waiting another 1/2 up to an hour. Felt it would have been a better service if he had taken the initiative to remove the nail and put a plug in it, if necessary.

I went into the kwik fit tues 25th july at 345. I was approached by a man I believe was south African. I explained that I was very poorly with Cancer and that I had a family get together the following day in london travelling there after my Chemo appoinment at the hospital on the 26th.. He was Very abrupt and rude he said that they couldnt fit me in that they were to busy . I didn't see a lot of cars . Just plenty of men around . I asked if I was to come back later could he fix my puncture he said no way wouldnt be any different. He was not at all helpful didnt have any care or kindness . I went home and called the motability RAC hoping that it could be temporarily fixed . Unfortunately where it was wasnt safe. Because of your staff member I missed the last chance of seeing my family my son was taking me and missed out . He was a nasty unhelpful man and he spoilt everything for me . He made me cry .. He was horrible . I didnt need that kind of unpleasantness

Really helpful guys! They managed to fit my car in to replace a tyre that had an unrepairable puncture. Very pleasant to speak to and helpful. Would highly recommend going to this Kwik Fit Centre
