This is our second year of tenancy with Churchill Lettings. We have always found Mr Yusuf and his team very kind, supportive and willing to help. They have never charged us with any absurd or hidden costs while moving in or during our tenancy. They are always prompt to respond to any queries. The requests for repairs are always handled and fixed in time. We never have to run after them for anything as they are available on WhatsApp and email whenever we need them. On our moving-in day Mr Yusuf paid us a visit with a welcome gift and described to us in detail the maintenance, cleaning and taking general care of the property which was very helpful. We rate them 5 stars and fully recommend them.
