Horrible experience. I feel like pulling my own hair shipping through them. I'd rather use EMS which is super reliable. My parcel has been over one month and it hasn't even been delivered yet. Noone knows what happened to it. Customer service in the USA where I shipped from gave me wrong tracking info which belong to Jersey Post. Customer service in the UK doesn't even bother to response my queries. I wonder if they're in a business to ship products or stealing products from people like us and selling it online.

Absolutely the biggest scam going. They have charged my credit card six times for one package that I’ve had returned to me for 3 months. I’m so tired of this. I’ve removed my form of payment and still they’re fine to go away to charge me. I will be contacting surgeon general.

Once they get your credit card info? Good luck!Quoted $95 and charged an additional $211 for a package I measured and weighed accurately.$306 total.The courier's audit came back slightly larger than what I measured, per PM. Added 200% more cost.They refuse to discuss the cost increase.Just use UPS or FEDEX directly.

Irresponsible service. I had to leave my accommodation today, but I haven't got any contact from the courier companies. So, after the afternoon, I was anxious about the status, and I contacted Parcel Monkey via Live Chat. I met Natalie first, who was not professional at all. She seemed not to believe what I told her and just copied and pasted her comments to my inquiries. I regretted why I explained and asked her the process to check it out. While I talked with her, I was looking for another company to collect my parcel ASAP. During that time, she even left. There is no doubt that was my worst experience in the UK.However, I was able to meet Emily and Monica. They were good. Although they couldn't resolve anything, they tried something to sort out my situation and gave me apologies.

Please bear in mind when booking, that even if you have dropped your parcel on time and paid for a premium service, they are not liable for any delay experienced in collecting the item and advise you to be present at collection - even at a post office! The below was quoted to me on challenging a late collection.2.7. You will be responsible to ensure that the correct goods are available to be collected by the Carrier from the collection address on the scheduled collection date. You should ensure that you or a trusted representative are physically present at the time of collection. The company shall not be liable for late collections, including those from Post Offices, courier depots or store locations unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date of goods were scheduled to be collected or dropped off.

Parcel Monkey randomly charged $26 on my account, after I have already paid $45 for shipping, they claimed my parcel measurement was off. I have heard they will do such thing, therefore I ship I have measured and weighed my parcel VERY ACCURATELY!!!! This extra charge was daylight robbery!!! I attempted to contact their team back and forth SEVEN TIMES, every time they just leave me response like “please be patient we are looking into this matter” 3 weeks already without a valid response, I’m disputing this. Be smart and don’t let parcel monkey to scam you!

Using Parcel Monkey has been by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I used them to send a high value electric item (£1,000) to a shop for servicing. The company used to deliver was DPD. The item was delivered to a completely different address than the one I specified and the photographic proof of delivery clearly showed a residential address. I was made to jump through multiple hoops to get to an unsatisfactory resolution. They initially argued with me that the item was successfully delivered and so I asked for geotag information associated with the delivery photo. I also sent them back a Google Maps street view of the delivery destination that looked nothing like the proof of delivery photo. I then had to get the recipient (the electrical store) to sign a non receipt disclosure form whilst Parcel Monkey investigated. I paid for insurance on the item for up to £500 to cover myself for damage in transit etc. I went back and forth with Parcel Monkey for over a month. They are very slow at replying and keeping you up to date with information. DPD refused to talk to me even though they were the courier that lost the item. After 6 weeks of back and forth they offered me £500 compensation which is what I covered the item for with insurance. I felt this was extremely unfair as it was established that the courier completely disregarded my delivery instructions and delivered to a wrong address and when they went back to where they delivered it, they were unable to recover. Even if I didn't have insurance, this is a clear case of error from the courier. I'm now £500 out of pocket and DPD do not help at all. It's worth noting that the only means of contact via Parcel Monkey is the account login section. If looking to send high value items I would completely avoid Parcel Monkey. Don't just take my word for it, have a look at their 1-star Trust Pilot reviews. I would go directly with a delivery company so that they have to deal with any issues and have better means of contact. I never normally take the time to leave reviews but this whole ordeal was so bad that I would get comfort in knowing that this may potentially save someone else from falling victim to a similar experience that I've had with Parcel Monkey

Terrible service provided, appaling costumer service.I should have taken notice of the reviews in here before booking shipping with them... My parcel was lost. It only took a day after the drop off, an error message appeared while trying to track it.I quickly contacted Parcel Monkey to inquire its whereabouts and was informed the parcel was held somewhere. Turn out it wasn't the whole truth though. They changed their story quickly and said there was nothing else they could do.In one moment your parcel is held somewhere and in another it has vanished. Very suspicious no doubt.And it only took a week to find out. Absolute shambles of a service you provided.Avoid Parcel Monkey!

Horrible experience. Parcel was stuck because the documents provided on their website were incorrect. They took no responsibility. After much drama they charged me $255 to return the parcel and then after that no updates. Many followups later I get told that my parcel has been abandoned. Awful. Stay away. Now I'm chasing after them for a refund for return shipping. Not to mention the loss of $100+ to ship and my items which are lost.

They are the worst. They have failed in everything that is related to my parcel. They haven't provided accurate tracking information. They have lost my package. They have useless and lying support. They waisted 6 weeks of my time for nothing. They don't want to make a return and compensation for the lost items. Also I just found out that this company has a 1 star" rating on other review platforms."
