Back in 2013 I booked an appointment to visit the factory and travelled from the Isle of Man and they were more than accommodating, they let me try out a selection of instruments. I made my choice and bought an R900 bass trombone, and also they were able to make it in the exact colour that I wanted and had it posted to me within 2 weeks. A fantastic little factory that can make your trombone to your specs. Well done.
