Enquired about a crack in an external wall which is actually the neighbour’s, but as we are selling our property I wanted to get it checked by a professional. William at GEC called me back within a few hours of registering my details and took the time to send me a formal email with his opinion, to negate possible concerns our buyers might have on the crack.Super friendly, efficient and really helpful - would recommend.
