Very unprofessional. Made an enquiry about having a back garden landscaped on a new build property. Someone phoned to arrange a site viewing and a full discussion was held regarding layout etc. Measurements were taken and a plan on graph paper agreed. We were told someone would phone with a quote, but no one did. We texted, emailed and eventually visited the office just to be fobbed off with “ will pass on your message and get someone to ring.” No one did. Completely ghosted. Not a way to run a business.

Very helpful in the office and outside in the yard. Great product and was contact when they said they would. Definitely recommend.

Requested a quotation for supply and carrying out works, wasn’t interested, too busy. Must be great to turn down work in the current climate

Disappointed. Gave the company a sample of grass I was looking for. Left name and number. They said they'd get back to me in two days. Never did. Called them 4 days later and they said they'd call me back. Never did. Went back into their depot 7 days later and they still they hadn't looked at my sample. Gave up and will go to another supplier. So much for trying to support your local company. Had they been bothered, it may have led to a large order to supply/lay 85sqm of artificial grass. Still, there are others - just not this one.
