Disappointed with this local garage.Visited and was reassured that they would be able to fix the issue with my car. 3 week's later no one has been in contact, dispite me calling the garage a number of times. Would not recommend such an unreliable business.

Would like to say a massive thank you to all the guys at dukes motors who worked on my car, the work is amazing.My rear quarter was hit but dukes replaced the panel quickly and colour matched it perfectly. When I did get the car back there was some white overspray on the black wheels however the guys quickly got my car back in, completely refurbished my wheels and gave me a courtesy car for free. They went that extra mile when they didn’t have and I can’t thank them enough.All the guys are really professional and kept me in the loop with where my car was at so I did not have to worry. I would highly recommend these guys if you ever need any work done.

I br9ke down and they invited me in in the rain and made me a cup of tea why I waited for AA. Thank you so much

Always go above and beyond, wonderful customer services straight talkers and pragmatic solutions. So far dukes motors have helped me on three separate occasions and I will be a loyal customer. I can't recommend these guys enough, the boss man, Adrian (best name in the world) has a good bit of banter and leads the team into delivering 200% customer satisfaction every time. Dan, Adrian's son, quoted for my latest repair they saw me for an inspection at short notice and charged exactly what they said they would. Not only did they repair the defect but also added a solution to stop the issue reoccurring.Super pleased with the results, customer services the best I have experienced from any garage.Thanks so much for listening, investigating and going above and beyond. Avoid chips away at all costs if you live close to Bognor!

Not pleased I had to have my car repaired but happy to have somewhere local to go that did a good job, and will sort out any problems

Dukes carried out bodywork repairs to my MX5. The work was completed to a very high standard, the communication was first class, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Friendly, efficient bodywork garage impressed with repair and repair time , Nice chap even made me a hot chocolate , while I was waiting for my hire car .

The chap was very helpful and answered all my questions. Advised me to go back to snows in Chichester and get them to sort out the defect.

Had both bumpers repaired and resprayed. Happy with the work as was done in 2 days. Only problem was the courtesy car i was given ( 10 yr old Red Picanto) had no petrol in so i had to top up and the next morning the cars battery was flat so i was an hour and a half late for work. They came to my home to get it going. I was discounted some money off the bill for the inconvenience.

Really nice and polite staff here who I have used in the past and did a great job through the insurance claim. Unfortunately when I took my motorhome in to have some rusty areas repaired they never produced the quote that they said they would. Even three phone calls from myself, when I was told, he's just doing it" and "Just waiting for an email back from someone" and "He's working on it" over three weeks nothing appeared. It's now been four weeks and I have realised they didn't want the job. Which I would have understood from the start if told. Shame."
