Great service. Following a conversation with Keith on the phone, I dropped my TV over to him late monday afternoon. Once he had confirmed his initial diagnosis, he advised on way ahead to repair. This was done promptly and I had the TV back by wednesday afternoon. All good & in agreed budget. He also gave me some sound advice on why it had happened & how to avoid it happening again. Fast, friendly and expert service. My Panasonic Plasma developed a fault on Thursday morning and I called Keith for some advice. From my description of the fault Keith was confident that he could repair the TV and suggested I dropped it in to him for a free fault finding and repair estimate. I took it Keith at lunchtime the same day and later the same day he called back to say he had located the fault and gave me a estimated price. I asked him to go ahead and by mid afternoon the following day Keith had ordered and received the parts required, repaired the TV and was ready for collection. A fantastic service from start to finish, and a very good price... Highly recommended.
